A trip to Northfield and a visit with a friend...

This morning we went down to St. Olaf to watch the Girls State High School Cross Country Meet. Teresa, a girl I used to babysit for, is the captain of her team (talk about making me feel old!) and we decided to head down to Northfield to cheer her on.
On the way down to Northfield we stopped for breakfast. Here's Graham flirting with the waitress.

The "spoon trick" has come back in the past few days!

Here we are with Teresa right after she finished her race.

Walking around the St. Olaf campus....when I used to attend school here, I would often see couples walking around campus taking pictures of their young children. It's finally our turn and we were proud to show Graham around the greatest college campus ever! I think he'll be part of the St. Olaf class of 2029!

Enjoying the sunny fall weather as I don't think we're going to have too many more of these days before the snow starts to fall!

Scattered all over campus, are over sized adirondack chairs for students to lounge in. Graham decided they were great for climbing on!

Graham is the proud owner of yet another new hat. How can we possibly resist when each hat just makes those adorable cheeks look just a bit bigger and rounder! Someday, I think he's going to kill me for the giant yellow and black, St. Olaf inspired pom pom on his head!

This evening we went to visit our friends who returned recently from Korea where they picked up their little girl, Livia. We had the opportunity to meet Livia last week, but tonight we got to visit and the kids got to spend some time playing together. For some reason, Graham has a thing with Livia's hair. Last time he saw her, he pulled a giant clump of it and tonight he did the same thing....we've got to put a stop to his hair pulling habit!

Graham and Livia

Graham is enjoying one of Livia's favorite toys and Livia is having an equally good time chewing on her shirt!

The proud new Daddies! Both kids were very tired by this point in the evening, and we saw that it would be nearly impossible to get both of them to look at the camera so we settled for them looking at each other.
