Let it snow!

Yesterday we had our first significant snowfall of the season. About 7 inches fell in our part of city so Jeff and I were very excited to bundle Graham up and let him experience playing in the snow for the first time. I think the expressions on Graham's face describe how he felt about the snow, but let's just say that we, as his parents, were much more enthusiastic about the entire experience than he was.

Before we got outside Graham started crying. He does not like the mittens attached to his snowsuit. He does not like the boots attached to his snowsuit. He does not like the hood or scarf attached to his snowsuit. Basically, he doesn't like his snowsuit.

After he finally stopped crying we took him outside and put him in his cute little sled. Again, we were much more excited than he was.

Notice the smile on my face, and lack of smile on his face? Again, he's lacking enthusiasm probably as a result of that darn snowsuit.

"Why in the world am I strapped into this red plastic thing being dragged through this white stuff. I want to be inside with my puffs and pop pop. I want this snowsuit to come off NOW!".....That is what I imagine to be going through Graham's head at this point!

Oh, so cute! Baby Graham, you live in MInnesota, so I sure hope you start liking the snow soon!

We love the picture of him in his snowsuit. He is obviously very unhappy with it. Annie appears to be staying cautiously out of the way.

Don't worry, Graham, you will have many more opportunities to see snow. If you had to drive in the snow you might start crying again.
