Our Lunch Date

Today we got to visit with Graham's friend Liv and her mom Tiffiny. First, we met up for lunch which, with two babies who feed themselves, eating at a restaurant no matter how casual, is never dull. It's really too bad that the babies don't have actual words to communicate with yet, because each time one of them wanted more of something, they communicated it with a scream. At times Graham would scream so loudly that it would scare Liv to the point of tears! Liv-Graham is very sorry! We finished up and as we were leaving I had to laugh to myself because the mess under the table was impressive as always! Two babies make twice the mess! We then came back to our house to let the babies burn of some energy in our basement aka "mini Toys r Us". It was here, that I learned just how possessive Graham is of his Mommy. Tiffiny ran out to her car to get something and Liv began to cry. So, I picked Liv up to try and soothe her. Graham was watching our interactions and immediately crawled over to me, began to whine, and motioned like he wanted to get up too! So, I did my best to carry around both babies. Life sure would be interesting with two one year old babies! The weather is finally feeling like Spring today so we ended our afternoon with a nice walk outside. As you can see, Liv was completely tired out from her afternoon, and Graham the child with endless energy wasn't yet showing signs of sleepiness and appears to be desperately trying to get out of his stroller.. Thirty minutes later though, he was fast asleep in his crib.
